Announcement!

Marin has found a new space to do massage, yoga and fitness classes in the north end. The name of the building is Atlas 236. She will continue to teach her morning yoga classes online via Zoom. 

In-person classes:

Functional Yoga Play will be at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays
Core & Strength class will be on Wednesday at 7:45 a.m. 
Level 2 Yoga will be at 9:30 a.m. on Fridays

The in-person classes will be limited to 6 people and you will be able to sign up 2 days before class. If the class is full you can contact me via email [email protected] or phone text 206.898.0445 to get on a cancellation list. If you prefer to practice from home, a zoom link will be sent to you for a live or recorded class. I can't wait to see your smiling faces!

  • Yoga Classes

    Yoga Classes and Core and Strength class can only accommodate 6 students per class. Masks and Vaccinations are required for classes at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
    • Functional Yoga Play $25
      9:30 a.m. Tuesday
      70 minute class taught by Marin. This class is about learning  the basics while safely exploring your edge. You will learn the fundamentals in a safe environment with props and modifications. This class is for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Marin enjoys teaching how to experience the poses with confidence and encourages modifications when needed to create balance between effort and ease. The studio is small and can only accommodate 6 students. Please wear a mask during in personal class. The schedule will open up 3 days before each scheduled class. If you would like to be added to waitlist, please email [email protected] or text 206.898.0445. The class will also be offered live on Zoom or can be sent recorded from Zoom ($10).     • Core & Strength Class $25
      7:45 am Wednesday
      45 Minute class focusing on getting your heart rate up while getting stronger in your entire body. Short warm-up followed  by exercises using some props and resistance when needed, followed by a short stretch/cool down. Please wear a mask during this class. If you would like to wear shoes, please bring a pair of tennis shoes are clean or haven't been worn outside.
    • Level 2 Yoga $25
      70 minute class that will combine more upper body strength and challenging poses. Please wear a mask for in person class. If class is full, email [email protected] or text to get on waiting list. Live Zoom or recorded zoom is available by invitation. Please email Marin for link at [email protected] ($10)
