Mindfulness Mini Retreats for Teens with Linette:

These mini rest and reset retreats are for any student who just needs some time to fully relax and let go of any anxieties or stresses and just BE.  Activities include: journaling, yoga stretching, Savansana (lying down in stillness), Mindfulness, self-awareness, brain science, stress reduction activities, and how to relax prior to upcoming AP testing, SAT's, ACT's, and end of year finals. Pizza lunch included!

  • Bodywork

    • hour and a half massage $155
      There will be a $5.00 processing fee if credit card is method of payment.  Prefer cash or check at time of service.  Thank you!
  • Yoga Classes

    • Level 1 yoga $20
      Come learn the basics.  We have fun learning the fundamentals in a safe environment with props and modifications.  Safely "explore your edge"!
    • Level 2 yoga $20
      Focusing on the basics at a faster pace and adding in more strengthening postures focusing on core strength.
    • Sunday Night Yoga $16
      Taught by Chloe Horning. Warming up body and then slow stretching and unwinding including use of breathing techniques and restorative postures.
  • Physical Therapy

    • Physical Therapy
      Holly Haberl-Fisher has been practicing since 1997. She combines many manual therapy techniques restoring each joint, muscle and connective tissue to optimal performance. Holly spends the full session trying to give the best possible treatment for each patient.
  • Workshops and Monthly classes

    We offer classes and workshops on a semi-regular basis to help enrich your life and practice. Please note that these classes will be offered by each individual instructor and you should contact them directly to register.
    • Yin and Vin Yoga $25
      Candlelit Yin Yoga with Mediation and Wine (and non-alcoholic beverages) Last Friday of every month. Taught by Elisa Jordan. Register in advance at for $25 or pay at the door for $30
    • Reboot Camp with Lissy $120
      Saturday April 28th
      Saturday June 2nd
      Reboot Camp is a five hour mini retreat led by certified yoga instructor and life coach Lissy Des Voigne. The day will begin with an hour of flow style yoga to get your body moving. Following that we will have a 15 minute guided meditation and talk about benefits of meditation. Then we will look at life and wellness assessment coming up with a plan for more ease and balance. Day closes with Yin Yoga. Bring sack lunch and a journal. Cost $120 before April 23rd and $130 after April 23rd.

    • Foundational Vinyasa for Core and Back
      This is a 3 part series taught by Lissy Desvoigne RYT and Holly Fisher PT.  Each session will focus on poses that are typical in a Vinyasa flow series. You will learn how to enter into these poses safely and effectively, especially if you suffer from low back pain. Students witll also learn about diastastis recti, a common condition of the abdominal muscles brought on by pregnancy and will get tips on using yoga poses and other techniques to help manage and reduce this condition. $75 for all 3 classes or $25 per class.
