  • Bodywork

    • hour and a half massage $170
      You can schedule online with Marin every 2 months. Due to her full schedule, you may need to email or call to get on a waiting list. $5 discount if paying by cash,check, Venmo or PayPal at time of service.  Thank you!
  • Yoga Classes

    • Aerial Yoga $25
      Combines yoga and strengthening exercises in a soft flexible supportive swing. The swing provides traction and compression resulting in better alignment and flexibility. No experience needed. Teacher is Shoshanna Osterfeld. 
    • Acuyoga $25
      Led by Tara Cameron, EAMP, LMP. This community based class incorporates a combination of Acupuncture or Acupressure with gentle yoga poses and guided meditation. Offered the 1st and 3rd Monday's of each month at 5:30 pm.
    • Core and Balance Basics $20
      We will explore how to engage and use our core in various yoga postures and exercises which helps with balance and agility. Resistance bands and other props may be used to enhance the class. 
    • Early Morning Yoga $20
      Taught by Dylan Noebels. Wake up to meditation, breath work and an alignment based yoga flow class so you can go the rest of the day relaed, energized and centered. Requirements are the ability to wake up early in the morning, the desire to do yoga, and a sense of humor. :)
    • Level 1 yoga $20
      Come learn the basics.  We have fun learning the fundamentals in a safe environment with props and modifications.  Safely "explore your edge"!
    • Level 2 yoga $20
      Focusing on the basics at a faster pace and adding in more strengthening postures focusing on core strength.
    • Mindfulness and Meditation $15
      First Tuesday of each month. Taught by Linette Bixby. 45 minute session. No need to sign up or register. Please just show up!
    • Sound Bath $20
      Led by Sara Harvey Yao. The most wonderful time to just sit and receive the powerful use of sound frequency and vibration through crystal bowls to help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical ailments. Please sign up for this experience. Space is limited! Educators and Students 12 and up are free!
    • Gong Sound Immersion $20
      Experience the ancient therapeutic sound of the mighty gong that your body, mind and spirit will really apprectiate! Can open pathways to relax, quiet you mind, balance energy, meditate, release emotional tension, have a spiritual experience, feel better, or just fall asleep. 
    • All Levels Vinyasa $20
      Taught by Yvette Sanchez. An artful blend of poses, breathe centered practice, mantra, mudra and sometimes even some storytelling......all while providing a sensitive touch during adjustments.
    • Gentle Sunday Night Yoga $20
      Taught by Chloe Horning. Warming up body and then slow stretching and unwinding including use of breathing techniques and restorative postures.
  • Physical Therapy

    • Physical Therapy
      Holly Haberl-Fisher has been practicing since 1997. She combines many manual therapy techniques restoring each joint, muscle and connective tissue to optimal performance. Holly spends the full session trying to give the best possible treatment for each patient.
